How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for apparel and collectibles?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened collectibles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I use an Alamo Drafthouse gift card for online merchandise?

Currently, plastic and digital gift cards are valid for movie tickets, food, and beverage purchases at our theater locations, but cannot be applied to online merchandise orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the item to arrange a replacement.

Are your posters and prints limited edition?

Many of our screen-printed posters are limited runs. Once an item is marked as 'Sold Out,' it is unlikely to be restocked unless a second edition is officially announced.
