At Alamo Drafthouse, we want you to love your gear as much as a cult classic film; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in original condition, and certain limited-edition collectibles or food-related items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
